REFUND POLICY

Prince Packers and Movers initially collects 20% Partial payment as an advance for any service that are rendered by Prince Packers and Movers on its online platform. The services as listed currently on www.Princepackersandmovers.com include Packing and Moving,Relocation Services, Warehousing and Storage, Domestic Relocation, Vehicle Transportation etc and can be altered/ modified anytime at sole discretion of Prince Packers and Movers Pvt Ltd.

The 20% advance payment is processed by the customer directly on their own end using the Pay Now Option on website & the  payment is processed only after a successful Customer ID is generated at the insistence of the user to  subscribe to the service offered by us and therefore, such advances are non-refundable.

However, as an Exception for erroneous Payments, 

The 20% Partial Payment is only refundable after deducting the Processing & other Charges on case to case basis as decided by Prince Packers and Movers , if a written request is received on our contact email within 1 hour of order being placed for any service.

As we collect the balance 80% of the second payment only after successful completion of said service so such payments are completely non-refundable.

After we process the refund, It may however  take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account or any other mode used during payment. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by Prince Packers and Movers Pvt Ltd.
